From initial contact and communication when booking to our last day there, ATS ticked all the right boxes. Transfers correct , hotel package correct, ski and lift passes al correct. Always on hand by phone or by person in resort. We would highly recommend them to anyone booking a ski break on Andorra. Thanks very much for making our family break a piece of cake.

We highly recommend Andorra Travel Service. From the very first telephone call, James, Ian and his team were so helpful, really understanding our needs, and what we wanted from the holiday. Excellent service organising our transfer & travel for a recent holiday to Andorra. Despite terrible weather conditions causing us delays and missed connections, Jackie and James were super helpful and responsive, and went the extra mile helping us get to where we needed to be.

Amazing resort at El Tarter with great facilities and a range of slopes for different abilities. Due to some bad weather conditions, several road closures and train cancellations, our outbound and return journeys were affected. Iain at Andorra Travel was very helpful, going out of his way to keep us informed of our options. On the way back, he worked until past 10pm to make sure we had transport to the airport the following morning so we could catch our flights. He (along with another colleague) was then there at 8am to meet our coach and ensure everything went smoothly. This was more than we could have expected and really put our minds at ease. Given the level of care they showed, I would highly recommend Andorra Travel, and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Thanks you so much to Iain and the team for arranging are travel arrangements considering we had a lot of issue with the land slide which hindered are travel to Andorra. Not only did Iain arrange alternative travel to and from Andorra including taxi (many thanks to Pat !) and train tickets for the return to Toulouse Airport, he efforts of having the best customer experience I ever had during my ski holiday, Iain worked after hours, professionally throughout with a floor-less can do attitude, he deserve the highest gratitude from all as well as the team. We will definitely be using Andorra travel next year without fail We all thank you with the most upmost respect, the company should be proud to have such a team in the company that works to please customer at the highest level!
